DJUSD Employee Exemption Provision
In September 2018, California Senate Bill 958 was signed into law. This new law provides that a future qualified special tax (such as Measure G) may provide an exemption for teachers and other employees of the District if their principal place of residence is located within the Davis Joint Unified School District boundary.

This new law does not apply to the current Measure H parcel tax or CFD No. 1.  If voters approve Measure G, information about how DJUSD employees would apply for this exemption will be shared with DJUSD employees.
