Excessive Heat Information

There is currently a heat advisory in effect from July 1 - July 5. As the safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our top priority, we share the following information provided by Yolo County and CDPH.

Extreme Temperatures: By Tuesday, July 2, all of Yolo County is expected to be in the "major risk" category.
Outdoor Activities: It is recommended that all outdoor activities be cancelled during the heat of the day (usually around 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
Stay Hydrated and Watch for Heat Illness: Be sure to drink plenty of water and wear hats/sunscreen.
