What do I need to complete Online Re-Enrollment?
Legal parents/guardians will receive an email about how to retrieve their unique PIN/Password and re-enrollment instructions for login the week of July 16, 2018. You will use these to log into the Parent Connection Portal beginning July 23, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.

Are there simple instructions I can follow when completing the Online Re-Enrollment?
Yes. Please follow the instructions in English and Spanish.

What if I cannot find my PIN/Password?

You may request you login information through the Parent Connection Portal at parentportal.djusd.net by providing the email address already on file with the District. If you still have problems please call the Online Re-Enrollment Help Desk at (530) 757-5300 x117, Monday- Friday between 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

What if I do not have a computer or internet? Or what if I just can't figure it out?
No problem! Either call the Online Re-Enrollment Help Desk at (530)757-5300 x117 or stop by the district office at 526 B Street to access computers and get assistance M-F between 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Is Online Re-Enrollment Available in Spanish?
Yes. The Parent Connection Portal will prompt you to select language after login.

Do I need to complete separate Online Re-Enrollment for each of my children in DJUSD?
When you log in to the Parent Connection Portal, all of your children in the district will appear. You will need to update and complete the required information for each child. Certain information such as emergency contact data will transfer to each child's record with a click of a button.

Can I make changes to my information during the school year?

You can log in to the Parent Connection Portal and update information any time throughout the school year.

Note: ADDRESS CHANGES or updates that are legal in nature will require verification and must be completed in-person in your school office.

What is the deadline for Online Re-Enrollment?
Online Re-Enrollment opens July 23, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. Families will need to complete this process PRIOR to attending the Secondary Schedule Pick-up or Elementary School Paper Parades. Online Re-Enrollment is required to receive student class schedules or teacher assignments.

Do all parents/legal guardians need to complete the Online Re-Enrollment?
All parents and legal guardians have unique pins and passwords to access the system. However, only one adult per student must complete the Online Re-Enrollment process.
